VALEGO is a customer facing valet service that solves your problem of locating convenient parking in popular areas of major cities. We’re the only valet parking service that works directly with you, the car owner to solve your dreadful parking problems.

Through the use of technology, we enable you to schedule your service for a later date or on the day you’re scheduled to arrive (within 30 minutes of your arrival), pay in the App, have your car picked up, transported to our nearest secure and in insured parking facility outside of the city, safely park your car, and return it to you at a scheduled time and location that you choose during booking, which can be within a one mile radius of your original pickup location. You can also feel free to request the return of your car early.

VALEGO is the alternative to overpriced, inconveniently located parking in high demand, hard-to-park areas of major cities. We don’t deny that parking can be abundant in most major cities, but we vehemently deny that that “abundant“ parking is always convenient, affordable and easily located.

VALEGO will be available as a Web App and on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store on or before July 30, 2023 and will able to be downloaded and setup for use on mobile devices before we launch (August 14, 2023). The VALEGO App can be used in any major U.S. or Canadian city where our services are available. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when we launch in a new city.

We’ve designed VALEGO to be as user friendly as possible and in doing so we avoided as many learning curves as possible. That said, the simplicity in using our service is as easy and simple as using any of your other favorite Apps. However, if you find that a process could be made easier please let us know and we’ll review your feedback and respond accordingly.

Upon our App launch follow these steps.

Getting the App:

• Click the link to the Web App on our Websites Homepage, OR

• Visit your OS App Store (Apple or Android)

• Search VALEGO

• Tap “Download”

• Create an account (takes few minutes)

• Add a payment method (fully encrypted with Stripe)

Scheduling your first service:

• Tap “Schedule”

• Follow the four (4) step process

• Review your total parking cost

• Then tap “Confirm“

• Immediately have your request assigned to a Valet Attendant (VA)

• Review your VA’s Profile & know who to expect at your pickup location

• Tap “Got it“

• Review, edit or cancel your pickup from the details window displayed on your home screen

Pickup service in progress:

• Arrive to your scheduled pickup location on time

• Your VA will be there awaiting your arrival

• Verify your VA in-app

• Give your VA the drivers seat

• Tap “Confirm Pickup“ when the button is activated

• Done! You can review your Home Screen for your parking details.

Drop-off service in progress:

Option 1:

• Ensure you’re at your chosen drop-off location on time

• Check the App for notifications and to see the live location of your car en route to you

• Tap “Received” upon receiving your car

• Done! Rate your VA and consider giving them a tip for their excellent service (or report them to us if they provided less than excellent service)

Option 2:

• Request your car at anytime from the Home Screen before the expiration of your parking time.

• See live tracking of your vehicle en route to you

• Tap “Received“ upon receiving your vehicle

• Done! Rate your VA and consider tipping them for their excellent service

• You can review your parking history by going to the menu in the upper left corner of your Home Screen and selecting Parking History.

That’s it!

Yes. We take safety and security very seriously. In fact, we take it so seriously that:

1. There is a lot attendant on-site of where your car will be parked at ALL times.

2. There are cameras recording your car at ALL times.

3. Our Valet Attendants, when picking up and dropping off your car, are REQUIRED to connect an in-facing and front-facing dash camera inside your vehicle that will record their speed, their activity inside of your vehicle and monitor the outside of your vehicle as they drive to park or drop-off your car to you.

4. In the event of an accident, we have you covered with $1,000,000 in liability coverage for damages caused to your car at any of our parking facilities or by our Valet Attendants while operating your vehicle.

Note: Dash cameras will be removed upon parking your car and when dropping your car off to you. Dash camera video is stored for 30 days before it is deleted from our servers, unless the video is flagged. We review all dash camera footage upon any report of damage, theft, or negligence.*

VALEGO is ONLY available in major cities in the US and Canada where parking is often hardest to find, inconveniently located and overpriced. That is, all of those places where you’ve experienced at least one parking headache, that’s where you’ll find us.

VALEGO will be available in open Beta in downtown and the surrounding areas of Washington, D.C., Arlington & Alexandria, VA and Baltimore Harbor, MD.

We will be expanding to the downtown and beach areas of the following cities. If you know a place where you believe VALEGO should be available please let us know by submitting a location and if we find that your submission fits our philosophy you’ll hear from us.

VALEGO is competitively priced compared to the average honest cost of parking in busy areas of major cities. Despite the premium nature of our service and high demand times of the day our fees remain competitive, though we add far more value than the average parking service. In addition, our business model enables us to keep our rates competitive as we take a different approach to in-town parking, it’s our “secret sauce.”

Because of our partnerships we have an abundant amount of parking available for our customers, but we are a pretty popular service so at times parking can become limited—but limited doesn’t necessarily mean unavailable.

For example, customers who purchase a Parking Pass or a Membership will always have parking available to them no matter the time of day or volume. These customers will receive preference over non-Members or non-Pass holders.

However, we strive to serve every customer we encounter, which is why we encourage customers to become a member or purchase a Parking Pass to ensure parking is always available to them when they need it most.

No. VALEGO is a scheduled service, which means you would have to schedule your service to be fulfilled at a future time, before your arrival to your destination; this is the most efficient way to operate this type of service. However, you can schedule and receive service within 10 minutes of your arrival to an area that we serve—yes, we’re that efficient.

Pull-up Stands

We will, however, have conveniently located Pull-up valet stands, this will enable you to get parked fast if you forgot to schedule your pickup before your arrival—it happens. Simply pull up to any VALEGO Pull-up stand most convenient to your destination, scan the QR code on the stand, hand your keys to the attendant and complete your parking details while you are on your way.

On-demand example

Could you imagine visiting Washington, D.C. and pulling up to the National Museum of African American History and Culture and whipping out your phone to order a valet pickup service, while sitting in front of the museum blocking traffic and waiting upward to 10 or more minutes for service?

That’s the nature of on-demand and to us that just doesn’t make for a good customer experience, so we’ve created a better experience through the ease and simplicity of scheduling within our App.
